The Corbridge Farmhouse is a small family business run by myself, Duncan Brown producing bespoke, hand made chopping boards and beautiful homeware in the heart of the stunning Tyne Valley.

As with many small businesses, we started out by making gifts for friends and family, and then the friends of friends of friends and family! We’re still very much a small, hands on operation so my wife Peta and our young daughter, Matilda, will often be found helping out

Based in the wonderful Tyne Valley, our aim has always been to source and deliver the most stunning wood creations we can. My passion is aesthetics and bringing natural beauty into the home. We regularly work with oak, beech and ash, but have also created pieces in cherry and olive.

Being a completely natural product, each piece is entirely unique and personal to the individual. We cater for all shapes and size requests, from the small and practical, to the big and beautiful. Our boards are left with traditional waney edges and are finished and oiled by hand using 100% food safe products.
